It's easy to get started:
Step 1: If you haven't already, create your FREE PickLogic account.
Step 2: Create (or log into) a sportsbook account (feel free to contact us for more information).
Step 3: Check your e-mail every night and follow the directions.
That's it!
PickLogic requires discipline and patience. It's very different than gambling on sports; gamblers often are looking for a quick return on their money, and are willing to risk the majority of their stake for a higher payoff.
When you follow PickLogic, you'll notice that we're rarely suggesting a wager of more than a small percentage of your overall budget. Essentially, you're engaging in a diversification strategy -- no single wager should greatly affect your balance, either positively or negatively. This is a way of managing your risk, and is similar to investing in the stock market.
Since no single wager is too monumental in the long run, it is very important to emotionally detach yourself from a game. This is what sets the PickLogic system apart from gambling, and it requires discipline. As a result, the PickLogic system isn't for everyone.
Here's how you'll follow the system:
- Every night, PickLogic will send you an e-mail alerting you to the pick for the following day (or we'll let you know that there's no pick for the next day).
- At some point before the game begins, you should make the specfied wager, exactly as prescribed. If PickLogic tells you to risk $150, that's what you're risking (you're not trying to WIN $150).
- After the game is complete, you'll receive another notification as to whether the outcome was positive or negative. At this point, you may need to log into your account and make any necessary changes (if your wager was made at different odds, for example).
That's it! The process will repeat itself every day; PickLogic will generally make between 3 and 6 picks each week.
Other things to keep in mind:
- There is no such thing as a "lock". The PickLogic system mathematically identifies low-risk opportunities on a regular basis, and -- over time -- you will come out ahead. But there *will* be many games that aren't correct, and it's important to keep in mind that this is a marathon, not a sprint.
- Don't change anything! The PickLogic system doesn't rely on human emotions -- just because things are going well (or poorly) does not mean you should raise or lower your bet as suggested. Your long-term success can only be assured when you follow a consistent system over a long period of time.
- Don't do parlay bets! Teasers, parlays and proposition bets may seem fun or enticing, but remember that they're put in place for gamblers, not investors.
- Control is what separates the gambler from the investor. If you can remove your emotions from the PickLogic process -- just as if you were investing money in real estate -- you'll do exceptionally well. But if you get emotionally involved (even when things are going good), and you start to change things, then you're following a gambling pattern, not an investing pattern. Remember that there's a reason that sportsbooks and casinos are ridiculously profitable: it's because they cater to gamblers, not investors.
